Two university students killed in Akobo West ambush
Incident Description
On 20 July 2025, Two university students who were travelling from Ethiopia to Uror County were killed in a road ambush. They were attacked in the Dwa-Achan desert in Akobo West, Jonglei State. the students were returning home for holidays when they were waylaid at the outskirts of Akobo West.
