Heavy flooding inundates health facility in Panyijiar
Incident Description
On 18 August 2025, the health facility and airstrip in Ganyliel, the headquarters of Panyijiar County, were inundated by heavy rainfall, forcing the evacuation of two dozen patients. The primary health care center (PHCC) remained flooded. The facility was completely underwater, and the patients were suffering as a result.
