Incident Description
On 3 Feb 2026- Médecins Sans Frontières health facility in Pieri Payam, Uror County, was looted by unidentified assailants, rendering it unusable. MSF staff in both Lankien and Pieri fled alongside local communities following the incidents, and their whereabouts remain unknown due to lack of communication.
