5 killed, 1 injured in attack in Abyei
Incident Description
On 10 April 2026, armed men suspected to be from Sudan’s Misseriya community attacked Maker Abioor village in Alal County, killing 5 civilians, including women, children, and the elderly, & One person was wounded. The assailants were believed to be cattle raiders targeting property.
