EW 2: Armed Men looted and harassed civilian in Mapoko village of Tore payam
Incident Description
On 17th May 2025, the information officer of Yei River County peace committee went to visit his family in their village at Mapoko sub boma on his way back to Yei town,he was attacked by armed men They stopped him took him to the bush and looted two phones, eighty-five thousand and the food items he came with from the village. They beat him and destroyed the motorcycle.
