Gunmen kill African Inland Church bishop in Juba
Incident Description
On 14 January, 2026-Gunmen shot dead an African Inland Church (AIC) bishop in the evening during an armed robbery at his home in the Gudele residential area, The victim, identified as Bishop Christopher Maring, was killed at about 7:30 p.m. when four armed men broke into his residence stormed the house, held the bishop’s wife and children hostage and demanded money.
