One killed in attack in Pochalla
Incident Description
On 1 April 2026, one person was killed and another injured in an attack by armed assailants on a border village in Pochalla North County of the Greater Pibor Administrative Area (GPAA), the incident happened when assailants, suspected to be from neighboring Pibor areas, attacked Daktek village in Burator Payam, motive for the attack is unclear.
