On 27 Oct, 2026-At least two people have been killed and 17 others injured in clashes between government forces and local youth along the Kapoeta–Ngauro Road in Eastern Equatoria State, the confrontation followed a road blockage and linked the wider dispute to an earlier incident involving two vehicles belonging to a Chinese company two weeks earlier.
