On 7 Oct, 2025- An unidentified group attacked a vehicle carrying over ten passengers traveling from Bor, the capital of Jonglei State, to Juba. The incident occurred near the Mogiri cattle auction center, resulting in two individuals sustaining injuries. The assailants looted money and personal belongings from the passengers before fleeing the scene. The Mogiri market area has increasingly become a hotspot for criminal activity, raising concerns among local residents and authorities about safety and law enforcement in the region.
